This is a awesome Early American Franklin Fireplace Model No:  143-84520.  It has never been used with a 'real' fire, but can be.  It was used primarily for the atmosphere only.  The book for assembly, installation, operation and repair parts is included. Also, a How To Install Fireplaces and All-Fuel Chimney Kits is included with the purchase.
