This mirror has a gold painted frame. It does have a nick or two.
The letters are in black outlined with gold. Godiva rides above on an elaborately decorated horse. All the images are on the back of the mirror so no need to worry about them washing off. The gold in the mirror looks more like a gold leaf than paint.

The mirror itself is unscratched.

This came from a liquor store. Many Point Of Sale items like this are hard to come by.
